On February 10, 2016, STI acquired the Paragon Group billing service owned by Kathy SantaMaria who has been a client of STI for a number of years. Kathy will be a consultant to STI as we transfer her clients to the STI Revenue Cycle Management Division. Similar to the AccounTrack acquisition last year, this provides another opportunity to expand our growth in billing services. We believe there are many opportunities for this growth through both our sales department and through acquisitions. We intend to vigorously pursue these opportunities.
